Applications

Adjust pH to 7.5 - 7.8 and clean filter as necessary.
Turn off, disconnect, or remove Nature 2, Frog, and similar system. Discontinue use of chlorine generator.
After application, keep filter running continuously for 48 hours
Best results occur when water temperature is above 60 degrees F
For light staining or low metal content in water, use 1 quart per 10,000 gallons of pool water.

ProTeam Dry Clarifier will aid in the speedy removal of suspended metal particles in the water

PhosAway EXTREME

Resolve any existing pool water issues before using ProTeam PhosAway
Test and balance the pool water. pH 7.2-7.6. Alkalinity 100-120 ppm. Calcium Hardness. 200-400 ppm.
With cap on tight, shake container thoroughly before using.
Phosphate levels should be maintained at or below 1,000 ppb. The ideal levels of phosphate in pool water is under 250 ppb. Your local dealer can assist with the testing of these levels.
Always apply this product with the circulation and filtration system operating. Add 6 ounces of ProTeam PhosAway EXTREME per 10,000 gallons of pool water. This dose will reduce up to 1,000 ppb of phosphates.
ProTeam PhosAway EXTREME is safe to use in larger dosages. PhosAwayEXTREME cannot be overdosed.
Run circulation and filtration system for 24 hours. Water may haze after application; this is an indication that the treated pool may have elevated levels of phosphates. Monitor filter pressure and clean or backwash as necessary according to instructions.
Pools equipped with a sand filter can use ProTeam Dry Clarifier to speed up the pool recovery.

Filter Magic

Quick Clean; Sand Filter:
Turn off inlets for all chemical feeders. With pump running and filter in the backwash position add 6 - 16 ounces through the skimmer
Optional Sand Filter Cleaning:
Add directly into the filter media, let soak for 4 hours or longer. After soaking, start pump with filter in the backwash position.
Quick Clean Cartridge and DE filters:
Remove media from filter and spray from top to bottom. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with a hose and replace for normal operation
Optional Cartridge and DE filters cleaning:
Add 16 ounces of Filter Magic to 2.5 gallons of fresh water. Remove media from filter and soak in solution for 30 minutes or longer. Remove and rinse
DO NOT use in steel, aluminum, or metal containers

Tile & Vinyl Cleaner

SuperFloc

Avoid using Superfloc Clarifier if your filter does not allow you to vacuum debris to waste
Adjust pool pH to 7.5 or higher
With filter running in the recirculate position, use 8 ounces per 10,000 gallons of pool water over the entire pool surface. Add 16 ounces per 10,000 gallons for severely cloudy pools.
Discontinue pump use after 1 to 3 hours; Do not swim or allow pump to start for 24 hours
Once suspended particles fall to the bottom of pool, slowly vacuum pool
Some additional settling will occur for the next 48 hours after initial application
